Chartered in February 2024 by the HPG Chamber of Commerce to focus on initiatives that will generate economic opportunity and improve the quality of life for the communities surrounding Fort Barfoot, Fort Gregg-Adams, and Defense Supply Center Richmond. CaRMA-VA consists of appointed representatives from area chambers of commerce, planning district commissions, cities, counties, industry, academia, other public private entities and individuals who choose to participate, and ex-officio advisory representatives from Department of Defense organizations and installations.
